Gallagher Command Centre for SECTOR works with SECTOR -based enterprise workspaces, including BlackBerry Secure Work Space, AT&T Toggle, Deutsche Telekom Secure App Container, and Orange Dual Profile. If you are unsure if you have a SECTOR workspace, or if you do not have a SECTOR workspace and would like to obtain one, please contact your company’s IT administrator. To make accessing Alarms, Overrides and Cardholder information simple the Gallagher Command Centre mobile app introduces a whole new way of interacting with the Gallagher Command Centre solution.
The app will allow security staff to become more mobile and spend more time out on patrol or offsite while still maintaining awareness of what is happening on site.
New in version 7.40, security staff can now search for and view Cardholder Details - including Photo, Personal Data Fields, Competencies and Access - away from base. Mobile Cardholder Challenge allows them to record encounters with suspicious persons and what the outcome was; This can be reported on and analysed using the Command Centre Premier Client back at base.
Security staff can manage alarms and perform common overrides using their iOS device while away from their desk.
A guard out of the control room will be able to view all relevant alarms raised and have the ability to acknowledge and process the alarm as well as add additional notes as required.
Responding to open door requests can be done from anywhere without the person requesting access having to wait for security staff to return to base.
For sites with manned control rooms, the Command Centre application allows guards attending incidents to access relevant details remotely and easily add notes regarding the alert that will automatically be visible to those in the control room. Designed specifically for the iPhone.
